My Financial career started at TD Canada Trust over 10 years ago and at the end of 2019 I decided it was time for me to move over to the Broker side of lending. Every single mortgage requires an innate understanding of the clients situation as every client and deal is unique. I quickly realized that in order to service my clients to the fullest extent, I needed to incorporate more variety in my wheelhouse. I am overjoyed with my decision as I now have access to endless lenders in the residential, commercial, and private landscape. This enables me to offer my clients the best out there, not just the best that one lender has to offer. I work for YOU, not the banks. To me, the ultimate reward is to hear that my clients are beyond happy with my services.

    MARKETING MANAGER

    Elizabeth Del Giudice is our Digital Marketing Manager, dealing with all things online, social and event based for CD Mortgages. She began working in Public Relations specialising in social media and events and progressed to marketing through the luxury real estate sector. With over 12 years experience, her natural ability to connect with others meshed with her creativity allow us to bring our brand to life in a way that connects authentically with our clients. Through her abilities we hope to keep our clients informed in a visually compelling way while taking them along for the journey that is the progression of CD Mortgages.

  • Bianca Campanella

    BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Bianca Campanella is CD Mortgages Business Operations Manager. In addition to being a licensed mortgage agent her main role is to support and assist with day-to-day operations. With 10 years of varied financial industry expertise ranging from Financial Advisor with retail banking to Financial Services Associate on the commercial banking platform she is able to ensure everything runs smoothly. All of these roles have given her the background and knowledge required to serve our clients in today's ever changing economy. Bianca takes pride in being able to educate our clients on all the secured lending options they have access to and guide them in the right direction!

  • Frida Haxhi

    MORTGAGE ASSISTANT

    Frida Haxhi, licensed Mortgage Agent, is an assistant to Carlo Del Giudice. She has 4 years experience working with financial institutions where she began as a Customer Associate progressing to Personal Financial Advice and onto Mortgage Assistance. Having over 10 years of customer service and sales experience Frida brings her love of helping others and problem solving to the table. She is a great asset to the team as her many years of experience allows our clients to sit back, relax, and take their dream home from a realty to reality!
